Reviews and Ratings
I had a beautiful stay at Hotel Maya, enjoying the stunning water view from my King Deluxe room's balcony. The hotel has a lovely tropical ambiance, although I noticed some areas need updating. I appreciated the warm cookie welcome, but I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the additional parking fees.
My stay at Hotel Maya was quite mixed. While I loved the spacious room with a lovely balcony overlooking the water, my experience was marred by rude interactions with the staff. I expected more from a Hilton hotel, especially given my loyalty to the brand. The overall ambiance was nice, but the service left a lot to be desired.
My stay at Hotel Maya was a mixed bag. On one hand, I loved the beautiful views of the water from my balcony and enjoyed the comfortable accommodations. The outdoor areas with fire pits were great for relaxation, and the staff was generally helpful. However, there were some service hiccups, including issues with check-in and dining experiences that left me a bit disappointed.
During my stay at Hotel Maya, I enjoyed the stunning views and the convenient location right by the Long Beach Cruise Terminal. The service was excellent, especially the warm welcome from the staff at check-in. However, the noise level from the elevator was quite disruptive, making it hard to sleep at times.
My stay at Hotel Maya was enjoyable overall, especially with the beautiful views of the bay and the excellent service from the friendly staff. However, the amenities could use some improvement. I had a few hiccups, like the noisy room next to the elevator and some issues with amenities such as television channels available, which dampened my experience a bit.
