I had a beautiful stay at Hotel Maya, enjoying the stunning water view from my King Deluxe room's balcony. The hotel has a lovely tropical ambiance, although I noticed some areas need updating. I appreciated the warm cookie welcome, but I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room and the additional parking fees.

The King Deluxe room was spacious with a fantastic water view, featuring a nice balcony. However, I found the furniture a bit dated, and I would have liked more charging options for devices.

The food at the Fuego restaurant was good, especially the breakfast buffet. However, I felt some of the room service options didn't match the quality for the price.

The outdoor areas, including gardens and fire pits, were inviting, but the pool area was locked during my stay, which I found a little disappointing. Parking was convenient but came at a high fee.

My stay at Hotel Maya was quite mixed. While I loved the spacious room with a lovely balcony overlooking the water, my experience was marred by rude interactions with the staff. I expected more from a Hilton hotel, especially given my loyalty to the brand. The overall ambiance was nice, but the service left a lot to be desired.

I had a king room with a garden view that was spacious, but the decor felt minimal and lacked warmth. The outdoor access was a unique feature, although it did make me question the cleanliness, especially after seeing the dirty floor.

However, there were some service hiccups, including issues with check-in and dining experiences that left me a bit disappointed.

The pool and outdoor areas were nice, but I felt that the hot tub needed better upkeep. The amenities were decent but could have been improved for such a lovely location.
